Ranojoy Chatterjee is a Ph.D. student in the health data science program at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University. Ranojoy received his MS in Computer Science from Kansas State University in 2019, and his BTech in Computer Science ad Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in 2017. Before joining GWU, he had the experience of 2 years as a Data Scientist for Bellwethr,Inc,USA. His research interests are applying machine learning algorithms in analyzing omics data, developing tools for studying the single cell RNA sequencing, and the effects of different biological outcomes and finding association of them on gene expression and unearthing the genes that drive the process.
