He’s currently working on increasing the accuracy of molecule quantification within metabolomics data. He also works on statistical tools for the integration of metabolite profiles and the evaluation of single-cell RNA-Seq data. Prior to GW, he was an IRTA post-bac research fellow at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
